Objektif
Murid dapat :
• Menyatakan aspek-aspek keselamatan yang perlu diambil kira dalam melakukan aktiviti daya tahan kardiovaskular.
• Melakukan dua aktiviti daya tahan kardiovaskular.
• Menyatakan perasaan semasa melakukan aktiviti daya tahan kardiovaskular.
• Menyatakan tiga otot utama yang terlibat dalam aktiviti daya tahan kardiovaskular.

1. Melakukan aktiviti daya tahan kardiovaskular secara individu.
• Skip berterusan 3-4 minit
• Galop berterusan 3-4 minit
2. Menyebut aspek-aspek keselamatan yang perlu diambil kira dalam melakukan aktiviti daya tahan kardiovaskular.
3. Menamakan tiga otot utama yang terlibat dengan aktiviti daya tahan kardiovaskular.
4. Melabelkan otot-otot yang terlibat dalam melakukan aktiviti daya tahan kardiovaskular.

1. Pupils observe various animals and list the external features of each animal e.g. tail, fur, feathers, scales, beak, claws and number of legs.
2. Pupils discuss and construct a table based on the list of external features.

 explain similarities and differences between animals based on the table.
3. Pupils group the animals in different ways based on the table.
