Objektif Pada akhir P&P murid dapat:
• Melakukan aktiviti imbangan dengan teknik yang betul 3 daripada 4 percubaan.
• Menyatakan 3 aspek keselamatan semasa melakukan aktiviti imbangan.

Aktiviti
1. Memanaskan badan – aktiviti keregangan.
2. Dirian Kepala Lutut Bengkok
 Letak dahi di atas lantai.
 Bawa berat badan ke hadapan dengan meninggikan punggung.
 Angkat kedu-dua belah kaki dan imbang dengan lutut bengkok 5 saat.
3. Permaian kecil – Jala Ikan
4. Aktiviti gerak kendur otot.
